Application Process and FAQs

At Unipart, we value authenticity and personal insight in your application and in our overall recruitment process. While we understand that AI tools can be helpful, we encourage you to ensure that your responses reflect your own experiences, thoughts, and motivations.

The sole use of generative AI to complete your application may not accurately represent your unique qualities and could impact the assessment of your suitability of a Graduate role with us.

The application process involves submitting an online application, completing online assessments, and participating in a video interview. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to an assessment centre.

We look for candidates who are highly motivated, adaptable, and possess strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. We also value individuals who are passionate about our industry and aligned with our company values.

We recommend researching our company and industry, practicing your interview skills, and preparing examples of your experiences that demonstrate the required competencies.

Candidates that are successful at shortlisting will be invited to an assessment centre either week commencing the 19th May or 2nd June. Successful candidates who progress through the initial shortlisting phase will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. These assessment centres will be held during one of two weeks: the week commencing May 19th, 2025, or the week commencing June 2nd, 2025. Specific dates and times will be communicated to shortlisted candidates along with further details regarding the assessment centre process.

We aim to provide feedback to all candidates within 5 working days of the assessment centre.
